joe, I gave jim barner the eval that made him an MLC. He deserved it after all we did under his guidance. He didn't want me in the shop, but I did watch from the second deck office,lol. Remember the ductile iron that foundries in Europe would not try?. we did it with no heat treating. that was a really good shop. talked to matt last year.hope you are doing well. found this site by accident. its really cool.
