"David, do a search on Ebay. There's always a bunch on there. I don't remember ours in 72 being as fancy as some I see on there. I thought we had only one or two loops."
"Paraloft? Guess who I just ran into on Facebook... Sergeant Bruce Hiltner U.S.M.C. and he worked for the Gunny there. A hell of a nice jar head. He was shot down twice in the Nam. If you remember Hiltner do a Facebook search for his name. BTW…"

"I forget the squadron name. I was in the same old hanger as the ADJ's but was not at squadron level. I was intermediate level. The electronics and radar shops were in the hanger. Most of the planes were E2C Hawkeye's.
I think that Sqd. that had the E2C was VAW-12. They had the old Willy Fudds E1B when I was there. I was in Hanger LP-14 in the Paraloft just prior to Getting out. Went to Boot in Great Lakes. Then Jump School in Lakehurst NJ. Right to Norfolk for a few months then shipped out for parts unknown for 4 months. then to Little Creek, Then to El Centro, Then to Lakehurst, Then to Norfolk. THE END.
